CreateFuture Software Engineer interview questions

I applied for a job. After sending my CV I received an email asking me for my availability for an interview. I selected 10am the upcoming Friday. I sat waiting to be let onto the video call for 20 minutes before it automatically kicked me out. I eventually got an email from the interviewer apologising for missing the interview, and asking if I could do later that day or the following Monday. I said either works for me so whatever is best for them. No follow up then an out-of-office email when I followed up on the Monday. I have emailed the interviewer since their return, and also the general hiring email address for the company. No response.
