Creater Technology interview questions

It's a very small company with just two rooms. More like employees are working in a cyber cafe type place. They never took a technical interview. Just told me to introduce myself and after few question related to my past experience, they offered me the job with several conditions..: 1. They asked for Rs 25000, as a bond amount for 1 year, on the joining date. 2. No salary for the first month. 3. They never told me the actual salary I would be getting if I joined the company. BTW I asked them thrice for the salary.
