I was contacted by the recruiter via LinkedIn. Set up the phone interview which lasted about a half hour. Next I was brought in for a in person interview with the benefits manager and finance director. The interview consisted of reviewing my experience and behavioral questions. I received the offer in about a week. I had a great overall experience.
