General Questions: Can you briefly tell me about yourself and your professional background? What motivated you to apply for this position? What do you know about our company and why do you want to join us? Describe your greatest professional achievement to date. Can you tell me about a challenge you faced at work and how you overcame it? How do you handle conflicts within a team environment? Where do you see yourself professionally in five years? How would your previous manager describe you in three words? Describe a situation where you had to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. How did you prioritize tasks? What is your biggest strength, and how does it benefit your team?

The first interview was with one of the Co-founder of the company. The way he was asking questions was like interrogating by police officer. It was so bad and conveys very stressful and bad feeling to the interviewee.
