Interviewed with a staff member from head office and the head of the franchise. Casual interview and then asked to demonstrate my coffee ability by making several drinks on their machine.
In person trial shift where you have to show you know basic of keeping an area tidy, carrying multiple plates and cups etc. just be confident and friendly, everything is fine and not too difficult
