Interview
Good experience speaking with the Talent Aquisition Manager. Was then set a task with errors designed to “catch people out” for not researching properly - which should have been a red flag.
The panel interview was a role play. The way I approached the task did not align with Cronofy’s sales approach. Instead of being curious and asking why I approached it in that way the CEO said “it was wrong”, I found him to be rude, disrespectful to my time, lacking in charm and closed of to diverse thinking.

Question 1
Interrogation of previous sales experience and deal size / complexity.
The recruitment process felt somewhat disheveled. A very clean cut and straight forward process is put forward and to some extent this was followed but it felt very last minute, very rushed and that the team didn't necessarily know what they were looking for.
Task involved with the role wasn't adequate to gauge talent & required elements that weren't in the remit of the role. Feedback was poor at best and instead of a thought out approach with back and forth final CEO interview was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Overall some members of the team were above average but unfortunately others we're below. I would recommend the company as they do truly seem to value employee's but not the team member I interviewed with. For a company that put so much emphasis on recruiting the right way I feel a little let down.

3 rounds complete and then the CEO. Very specific about what they’re looking for. Structured and methodical process. They have a great offering. Exciting opportunity for someone. HR specialist very grounded and relatable.
