Was online (due to COVID), with the (at the time) lead of the Building Performance department. Questions were very straightforward and clear, and made the process easy. Employer was keen on knowing what softwares I know how to use, or have experience on during my university. If there are softwares I didn't know about, they would ask if I was willing to explore and learn these new softwares.
