Interview
Free and open communication. Showed interest in my goals, presented the company vision and tried to look at how those might align. I already got to know most of the team I later worked with and had an open chat about my life, achievements, goals. Would definitely recommend.

Interview
Very warm HR staff, explaining every bit in details. Very responsive and the Engineering Manager took his time to explain me the reason for rejection. Although I was rejected but because of my own mistake I did not add a very obvious step in the challange because I was simultaneously writing another one where they mentioned to not add validations.

Interview
i had several interviews , first one was by the HR Manage Franziska Woyde,
it was one of the most amazing interview's i ever had , so fun , full of energy , the way Franziska talks she just spread happiness and fun in the interview and hide all your stress , she explained very well how the company work and what my possition will be , and what kind of technologies thy use etc.
after that i had a technical interview with team leads (front end and backend), it was also fun but more serios ofcourse , thy asked me few questions at both front end and backend , after that thy were very nice and asked me if i have questions and thy answerd all my questions .
and thy told me next step will be a code chalange .
after few hours i received my code chalange by email and i got 1 week to finish it .
after that i had another interview to discuess thy project and thy asked me things about my code , and gave me good feedback to improve the weak areas .
after that thy offered me a position of front end developer instead of full stack as my skills were not the best for that position and i was happy to had the chance to be part of the company .
after that i have been asked to wait until HR contact me to give me the offer and sign the contract , thy were very busy at that time and christimas was near so i had to wait few months till i signed th contract .
then thy were very kind to help with all the paper i need for the visa and here i am , i will be in berlin next week .
