1- First Phone interview 2- Virtual interview with HR (30 Mints) ask some behavior and technical questions 3- Last interview with CFO (30 mins), ask about my experience and education

Initial phone screen was typical. The HR person was engaged/engaging in conversation and eager to move forward. This set a positive tone and I researched and did all my prep with enthusiasm. Second, panel video interview, was less than encouraging. Two VPs and different HR. One VP was so condescending and sour it actually took me by surprise that they'd allow someone like that to conduct interviews, let alone hold a management position. After a thorough grilling that I still managed to smile through, I was told they weren't ready to hire and they were just setting up prospects for future, that if I had an offer in the next two weeks to phone and let them know.
