Interview
After applying online, I was quickly contacted back for an interview the following week which I agreed to. I was then contacted shortly before the interview to reschedule, no problem. I emailed asking which time and dates work best and was never answered, again followed up no response. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Interview
I just started working at Crossfield Digital and had a great interview experience. There is a family/team feel to the company so they had me interview with their whole staff. Everyone from Biz Dev, project managers, developers, and creative directors. Overall, after two face-to-face interviews and three Skype interviews they brought me in to present an official offer letter. Very fair but thorough process.

The interview process was great! I interviewed with the Head of Business Development, CEO, Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Creative Director. To me, this showed that Crossfield was serious about hiring top talent and serious about getting the best possible job done.
