I was reached out to on Linkedin by Mark (CEO) about this job position. We set up a specific time to discuss, and I was sent a Teams invite from his wife shortly after. Come interview time, I was left waiting in the lobby for close to 15 minutes with no contact from them. I finally got a response 10 minutes before my interview window was up in which they attempted to blame the miscommunication on me by claiming they tried reaching out the day before but couldn't. They didn't - they definitely just forgot and didn't want to admit it. I ended up agreeing to start the interview anyway.
Something else that was odd was how difficult it was to get any salary/benefits information from them. His wife did not want to discuss that during the initial interview (odd right?) but mentioned she would email it instead. Never got it from her and would dodge all my emails inquiring about it even though she was still sending me all of their necessary "assessments" with zero issues.
Salary is garbage for what they are expecting from you. They want you to be both a Project Manager AND Research Analyst for a VERY basic starting salary. No thanks. Mark made sure to vehemently let me know that my salary expectations were outrageous even though his salary range is well below market average for the industry.
Overall, the disrespect was quite obvious. The lack of punctuality, follow through, and responsiveness were huge red flags. After reading some of their obviously phony positive reviews from current/past employees, I should have ran the other direction.
