Crossroads Staffing interview questions

Rather OK the interviewer was rather bland and not very warm. They kind of are focused on getting you to admit how much is the least amount of salary you'll take for the job.

I answered a blind ad for a unique skill set. Then, I had 2 non-sequential contacts with Crossroads staff before they set up an Interview which felt more like a screening process. From that point I was sent partial company details. It took 4 talks and numerous emails before they decided to send me to the employer for review.
