Croydex interview questions

One stage interview with HR and hiring manager and asked a bunch of questions around the job and HR focused. This was on site at there andover office. The interview lasted around 1 hour

Summary: Overall good interview, friendly staff and management , however very thorough. I had to sit down and talk to the IT manager originally talking about experience and my past. Once this was successful I had to go back for a second interview with the IT director and IT managers for a thorough interview on my past and experience.
