What are some ways you hope to grow spiritually over this internship?
The application is extensive and covers pretty much every area of your life: your theological beliefs, finances, previous ministry experience, health, your desired ministry assignment and location, etc. It covers everything. It required four references, I believe, in various categories. Because the application is so extensive, the interview itself felt rather calm from what I remember.
