Interview
Due to Covid all gyms had closed and the week of re-open I went to three Crunch gyms because I love their slogan of No Judgements. I walked in and spoke to the Ops Mgr who said she would get back to me next week and to be sure to apply online. I had done so, despite the difficulty in applying for that gym specifically - it was only allowing for applications for gyms that were out of state. Yet, I persisted. I get a call the following week and there was a new Ops Mgr at the gym. He asked me for an interview and I was in there the next day. I had provided my resume when I walked in and online, and I'm no slouch - I had previously been an Ops Mgr before. There weren't a whole lot of questions, and it was more of a comfortable conversation. The following afternoon, I was sent an email that Crunch wanted to bring me on board.

Interview
The process was very quick. I applied and introduced myself in person to the Assistant General Manager on the same day and then had an interview the following day. It was pretty informal. I met with the Operations Manager to go over a few basic questions about the schedule and responsibilities.

Interview
Interviewed by answering with my previous skills of the current position opening. The interviewer gained insight on what I was looking for in the next 6 months to a year.

Do you have a problem with engaging with new and current gym members?
The interview process was super quick and easy. only asked a few questions. There was only one interview and I was hired immediately on the spot. Attire for the interview can be very casual considering it is a gym (nice shirt and jeans).
