arrogant, disorganized, and amateur! they had no plan for the interview and just asked some unrelated questions. They did not even know the primary principles of the interview! What a shame!

Going over expectations as a trainer, doing lead generation with at least five leads, mock workout case study and taking manager through kickoff and memorizing elevator pitch and phone script. Going over work availability/hours

Interview
They were really nice and super chill both for the phone and in-person interview. When I showed up they gave me a tour of the gym and ironed out small details when I came in.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
