Interview
I met with the previous long time EA, friend and mentor for the principal I would be working with, and she was delightful. We had a very non-traditional interview, and it was more like a conversation between friends than anything else. It was great to share experiences, trade a few work stories and compare notes on how we approach the EA role. It was a great interview and I enjoyed it very much.
