Culpepper and Associates Security Services interview questions

Interview process was very professional. Interviewers asked appropriate questions and also answered all my questions truthfully. They went over the rules and regulations of the position as well as the expectations for the position. They also followed up with me within a couple days following my interview.

Took 30 days to get an interview, then it took 2 months to get on board. The trainer skimmed over the subjects just to say it was done. The weapons training was superficial. No training. Went to the weapon range and shot the weapon. No instruction on State Laws as is required. The drill was push them through as quick as possible. The company never validates any of the training to ensure it is done as required. Their subcontractor just does what is quick to get paid. The same goes for their subcontractor for first aid, AED, and CPR. No reoccurring training by the company.
