Extremely easy and laid back. The people were nice and it was very interesting to hear about Culvers and all the behind the scene actions that take place during everyday operations

Very simple. I've had prior experience, they asked about the mission statement, why I was applying, what I knew, what my expected hours and pay were, and skipped the basic interview questions.

Applied and received a phone call about interview a day later. Easy questions, fast interview, hired on the spot. Was offered a step down position than I applied for though, but with acknowledgement of fast tracking to higher position.
