Interview
I had 1 phone screen, 1 interview with the operations manager and then I interviewed with the brokers i would be working for. I had to return to the office twice. Shortly after my last interview I received an offer. It was a behavioral interview. The office was beautiful, the people were nice, the interview was inviting.

Multiple people were asking similar questions. It wasn't easy to answer because the question was just asked in a different form. Thus it wasn't very pleasant. The people did not seem that interested in the interview. If they already has a candidate for the job why waste other peoples time.

Good and efficient interview process. I was informed of update at every stage. Interviewers were also nice and friendly. Job scope was shared with me during the interview. Unfortunately I did not get an offer.

What is my key competencies, what is my previous experience.
Conversational interview. Met with hiring manager, office manager and the direct manager that I would be reporting to. It was a discussion of my background and why I wanted to work for them.
