Participei de um processo para o cargo de Gerente e Infelizmente a empresa não da retorno, mesmo que negativo ao candidato. O Candidato quem que ficar implorando um retorno do RH, e mesmo assim não obtive, situação extremamente desagradável, acredito que falta empatia por parte de quem recruta!!!
