Had a phone screen where I was told I was perfect for the job, had the exact experience they were looking for, and would surely go on to the next round and of course they were hiring immediately. Instead a few days later I receive an auto email saying that my application had been rejected, as if I hadn't already one through a round of interviews. I tried reaching out to the recruiter directly, but she never responded.
