15min phone call where the recruiter came 20min late. Basic questions around my background. As an old worker in the company (for the same position) the recruiter was not inform about the ERP system the company use. Also the recruiter did not get in touch with my refference inside the company. After 2 weeks the feedback was an automatic email considering not continue with my application.
