2 phones interviews and one on site. Pretty generic questions and topics . The overall took around a month. More than skillset it was pretty obvious they were more looking for soft skills. Question of the salary and compensation were discussed but unfortunately the offer came almost 25% inferior to the salary I was earning at the time, and at least 15% inferior of what was discussed.
