Interview
I had a phone screen and within a few days I spoke with the hiring manager. I thought it went well. After I reached out to the recruiter twice about the role and I heard nothing. If they were going forward with me, they could at least send a note stating they are no interested.
Poor interview process overall.

Interview process was messy, they clearly do not know the type of candidate they are looking for - they had the audacity to pull out a document with questions - completely was turned off - it's like they were making up things as they went - very disorganized HR process - oh and one last thing - very few minorities in the office.
