Applied online and was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. They asked basic questions about my background and experience. A few day later they emailed me asking to come in for an interview at their HQ. I interviewed with the hiring manager who asked me some of the same questions I was asked during the phone interview as well as some role-playing scenarios. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and did a great job of giving me an overview of the job and the company. Also, they let you dress casually for your interview as they are an apparel company. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process.

Interview
I applied on Indeed and HR contacted me to set up an interview with the operations manager at the company HQ. They sit you down at a mock store set up and ask a bit about your experience. Most of the interview is spent going over the position. Very easy and simple interview. They offered me the position the next day.
