Custom Ink Customer Service Representative - Remote interview questions

The process began with a phone screen, after which I was invited to interview at the office. During the office interview I received a tour of the facility, had an hour long interview with two staff members, did some web search and writing exercises, and shadowed an employee. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. The whole interview took 2.5 hours. Though I thought the interview went pretty well, a week later I received a polite email thanking me for my time but stating that other candidates were a better fit for the role.
