Alot of personal questions related to job changes, relocations, and any gaps in employment. A few technical questions related to the actual position. At least a dozen different behavioral/situational questions. Work history and experience. Very in-depth. I wasn't given a physical interview. I was scheduled for a "phone screen" and it ended up being a very intense and unexpected 25 minute phone interview with the recruiter as described. Recruiter was very interrogative and arrogant. Made me completely uncomfortable with a few personal questions/statements. I felt like I was answering to a cop. Culture is described as toxic in clerical positions and I was given that impression from such a phone screen.
