Interview process was fine. Had two rounds. Then heard nothing else. Received a message to call them, called back, more nothing. I don't mind not being chosen for a role, however, after a certain amount of interviewing and time taken, the respectful thing to do is at least send the standard, sorry you were not chosen email. I'm not sure why more and more employers feel it is ok to ghost interviewees.

HR phone interview followed by one of the worst online assessments I've had to do. I understand personality tests, but try having one that relates to the position itself. I will not even move forward based on this alone. BEWARE, take your experience elsewhere.
