Interview
Presumably as it is a government agency, many documents were requested even prior to granting an interview, from o level cert to transcript. Probably unnecessary to do so at this stage. Went for an interview with the manager, a peer and hr staff. Questions were rather generic and not very technical. Seemed like a bulk of the work is administrative due to the bureaucratic nature of public sector.
Interviewer was very kind and encouraging. The process was very smooth. Mostly asking them about the organization and the role and what is in for the incoming intern. Didnt really ask bout technical questions but more of why you want to join CSA as an intern.
