Cybertill interview questions

I first, had a call with the CEO, who was great, had a nice chat and spoke about the next steps which would be a psychometric test, which I personally find old school, but agreed to do so. I then completed the test and had over 90% match with the role, the CEO agreed I was the best ‘output’ from the testing. But then tables turned, and they went cold, repeatedly telling me to wait for them, over and over again blanked by the Boss, texted me back saying they were too busy to hire, a really shoddy outfit for interviewing. I had relevant skills and experience, and he just seemed vacant. Reading reviews on here in regards to age, I wonder if my younger age created an issue, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend applying here.
