I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cydcor (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Applied through school portal. The first interview was on campus. Questions are very expected ones: Why our firm, why are you a good fit? Walk me through Cash Flow Statement, etc which you can google and find very easily. After killing the first round, they invite you to the final round, which takes place in the HQ. There you will talk with CFO, COO, (if in the office CEO) and head of HR (You will meet with the head of HR in the first round) and they will test your knowledge and ask a couple of questions, which I mentioned above. Then, you will be using excel, but I wouldn't worry about too much, since you will use the basic excel functions, such as Vlookup, Pivot table, etc. Even though you will answer each question accurately and ace the excel test, you might not get the call! Wait, what?!? Yes, they don't bother to call for the final result and you can not reach them even you try to call multiple times. I thought I was alone, but the same thing happened to my friend. Dear Cydcor, please send rejection e-mails. Final round participants deserve to know the outcome and all of the people have their own plans, such as joining another firm. The emphasis you put on "culture" seems not working since you don't even care about the prospective colleagues. Cheers!

I got two interviews. First one was with 3 managers. Second one was 2 rounds plus one shadowing to learn more about the process and what the job duties will look like.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cydcor (Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was awesome - they interview based solely on culture fit. If you got called in for a interview, they already believe that you're the best of the best. Now you have to show them you're a culture fit. So go into the interview, relax, take a breath. You don't need to flex your muscles - you just need to show them your true personality. Don't try and hide or conceal it - ultimately you're the one who will suffer.
