Cypress Medical Solutions interview questions

After having you credentials approved by a recruiting company, I arrived to the office and ignored by front desk staff for 5 min after she made eye contact with me, did not say hi or good morning or give me a minute and went to sit down and complete paper work before coming back to the front desk and asking me if I signed in as a patient. I said good morning, I'm actual here for an interview, not as a patient. She asked if I filled out a job application- I said my resume and credentials were already reviewed by the doctor but here is anther copy. The front desk girl told me I still needed to fill out a copy and handed me one with basic info to fill out including high school and work experience, etc. and ask for a copy of my licence. I met with the doctor who asked me about my medical experience and personal life and then proceded to tell me about her personal life and her incompetent staff.
