These are the most disorganized group of people I have ever encountered. They promised phone call after phone call, email after email, with nothing ever delivered. They claim they're in high need for interpreters yet don't follow up? I have called and emailed several people who've claimed to be part of this process, and absolutely nobody responds, or they respond painfully late. Very disappointing.
Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
