Interview
First they reach out for a quick interview over the phone, send you an assessment via email. Then they follow up with an over the phone language assessment where they ask three questions in english and in the other language you are applying for.

In spanish:
What is one your favorite dishes and how is it prepared?
If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it?
What is a change that you have made in your life that you would recommend others to implement in their lives and why?
Each question is timed for 1 one minute answers.
In english:
How would you describe what an interpreter does and what are good qualities of an interpreter?
When was a time that you completed a goal, and how did you achieve it?
If you could change a historical event in the past, what would you change and why?

Interview
three quick answers that they will give you, know the English alphabet and the Spanish one. Don't stress about it and if you pass the screening you will get a second interview through the phone. three week training with pay. and schedule is very flexible since they don't have a specific morning or evening shift. Cyracom is open 24/7, overnight is available.
