Initially talked via text, and recruiter requested my resume' and credentialing information to be sent via email. Upon receipt, my recruiter set up a phone interview, which was a great experience. They naturally wanted to know about my experience, licensing, background and employment goals. Additionally I was able to ask questions regarding the company, the given assignment/contract I was interested in, etc. Fortunately, I had very few questions left to ask, as my recruiter provided a great deal of information up front. My recruiter made the interview relaxing, informative and an overall great experience.
