      Quality Assurance Interview

      Nov 5, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at D2L (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2014

      Interview

In my opinion the phone interview questions had very little to do with quality assurance testing which is an area D2L really needs to improve to be competitive in the education market. Instead the questions were about using Javascript in the browser. D2L has many issues with course downtime because servers are not adequately provisioned, so off-topic questions are not going to help improve quality at all.
