DAW Visual Marketing Solutions interview questions

Still remains one of my most memorable job interviews due to all the red flags that were raised from the very beggining. I arrived on time, not able to find where the actual entrance was or how to get inside the building. Tried knocking and from what I remember there was either no buzzer or nobody would hear it nor open the door. Waited for about 20 minutes outside whilst phoning their number which I found online. No answer. At some point I saw some employees leaving the building so I took the opportunity to get in, nobody knew where I should go. I just waited by a hall. Then a woman turned up, all sweaty and flustered; clearly in a rush. She had forgotten there was an interview scheduled. No apology. She asked me to wait in an empty office. I waited there on my own for about 40 minutes until she came back. We had a brief talk but she seemed distracted and all over the place. In between talking about the job she also managed to tell me about her children. The actual job seemed okay but apparently the daily schedule (a long day already) can sometimes extend until 8pm or even later. No, no overtime is paid. She then asked me to design some sign and send it to her as proof that I could do the job. I said I would think about it. The whole thing sounded and looked pretty disorganised and unprofessional. Judging by the interview I could not fathom working under her wing so I didn't send her anything; I was pretty sure the whole workflow would be a mess with extremely poor time management so I'm still convinced I dodged a bullet by not getting back to them.
