DBV Technologies interview questions

1 HR Screen with VP of HR and 1 Interview with potential hiring Manager. In both interviews, we discussed my resume and skills. Hiring manager didn't seem to know what the next steps of the interview was. I had to follow up with HR assistant and VP of HR. I was told no additional interviews would be scheduled and they were at decision stage. Waited 2-3 weeks and was not offered the position. I felt the need for the position was unclear and the interview process was not structured well. The interview process was extremely short, both interviews were scheduled within the same week. Interviews went well but was not given feedback on why i was not selected for the position.
