I applied online. I interviewed at DD West (Calgary, AB) in Jun 2021

Interview

Interview was quick and easy. Held online. They wanted a 9-hour work day with pay not proportional to responsibilities. Gave more vacation time and overworked the other employees to avoid paying higher salaries. Learned a lot very quickly.

HR is not involved as lawyers are not directly managed by HR. Process is mix of informal interviews and lunch. All lawyers will need to me with each of the partners.
