Interview

It was very reasonable, everyone is nice. There were 2 rounds. You should expect for them to be slower to communicate if you apply early because their recruitment season is in February.

Felt like there was a decision was made before the interview. First interview in over five years. It was a definitely a learning experience on interview etiquette such as asking the right questions, learning how to answer questions clearly.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DFW International Airport

Interview

The interview process took about 3 weeks and consisted of 3 rounds. Round 1: With a recruiter 30mins Round 2: With AVP and VP 30mins Round 3: With 3 AVPs and VP 1hr Honestly one of the best interviewing experiences I've ever had. Even if I had not gotten a job offer, I would still feel the same way as I have learned so much from the interviewing process alone.

Interview Questions
  • Round 1: Tell me about yourself. Walk me through your resume.
  • Round 2: Various behavioral questions such as, describe a time when you had to interact with an unhappy client.
  • Round 3: How would you handle these two business scenarios?

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DFW International Airport in Dec 2021

Interview

Phone interview screening with Talent Acquisition Specialist, lasted about 5 minutes. Started off discussing compensation before even talking about the actual position and responsibilities. This was different, but I guess that took the guessing of what the position actually pays. No flexibility with schedule, position has to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Not for me, this position would be great for someone coming in at entry level. Pay level is not equivalent to the level of responsibility required, dealing with the public is high stress.

The interview process was drawn out. Many steps in the interview process. The interview difficulty was average, but they sought much detail. Although, drawn out, I would recommend to a friend.

First interview was via phone, second and third interviews were via video call. If you're a current employee, little emphasis is placed on your current job performance. It all comes down to how well you sell yourself via the S.T.A.R. questions.

Difficult Interview
Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DFW International Airport in Jun 2021

Interview

The recruiter emailed me a link to schedule a telephone interview. I followed the instructions and booked the 3 pm timeslot for the following day (first available). At 2:51 pm the following day, I received an email rescheduling the interview for the following day at 3 pm. The recruiter called and we had about a 20-30 minute telephone interview with questions about my qualifications and background. Four days later, the recruiter called me again asking to speak with me about the position. Come to find out, the recruiter either didn't take any notes or lost the notes from the previous conversation.

Interview

It was a panal with the STARR format. It was all management and I heard back pretty quickly. I found it challenging answering in this format so I would recommend practicing since no one really talks in this manner.

Interview Questions
  • I didn't really find any of the questions challenging it was how I was expected to answer.
