Standard process - meeting with both the founders. But the egos and potential sociopathy hit you pretty quickly. They're making money, having success, which has given them the unfounded opinion they know everything. They said they wanted to add executive leadership and support. But what they really wanted were more "employees" that would somehow make them more money. My advice: If you're going to pretend to run with the big boys, at least have the infrastructure and pay to play with the big boys.

The interview was about 3 hours. Overall, they wasted my time. I followed up with them about the position and they offered me a property manager position. I saw on LinkedIn that they had a regional that was hired months before I interviewed. I did not appreciate their lack of transparency or disregard for my time.
