The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DRGinvest
Interview
Started with a call from a recruiter for pre screen questions. A formal interview with the managing partners was scheduled shortly after.
My formal interview was long and it was apparent that the managing partners had no experience in property management. One of the partners was full of himself and showed no interest in the interview.

Question 1
Two part interview, both long and felt out dated. Asked me to relate my experience to the two page job description. Asked me for a positive and negative experience for each of their generic tenets
Standard process - meeting with both the founders.
But the egos and potential sociopathy hit you pretty quickly.
They're making money, having success, which has given them the unfounded opinion they know everything.
They said they wanted to add executive leadership and support. But what they really wanted were more "employees" that would somehow make them more money.
My advice: If you're going to pretend to run with the big boys, at least have the infrastructure and pay to play with the big boys.

Question 1
They wanted they moon and stars with hours-long interviews and endless questions yet didn't have any interest in pay legitimate salaries let along include commission/bonuses or equity.
...and they wanted 20x PROFIT GROWTH from the position.
Hence, my previous sociopathy comments above.

Interview
The interview was about 3 hours. Overall, they wasted my time. I followed up with them about the position and they offered me a property manager position. I saw on LinkedIn that they had a regional that was hired months before I interviewed. I did not appreciate their lack of transparency or disregard for my time.
