Recruiter reached out to me after I talked to DRT at an on campus career fair. Had a short phone call to learn about the position and then came into the office for a formal interview. They gave us a presentation about the company and a tour of the office and then we went into individual interviews. I had two interviews that were pretty straightforward relaxed.
