The interview process was very informal. It was mainly an open-ended conversation with the owner, and I was free to ask any questions. That being said, I got lucky since these were small-business owners, so don't expect such an informal interview with other locations.

Simple and quick. Sat down with the manager in an empty part of the restaurant and was asked about myself and what I did, and things like why I wanted to work there. I was hired on the spot after the interview.
The interview process was easy did not have much of an interview I just talked to someone about what I could work and got they were gonna a hire me me.
