The application process is somewhat lengthy as there were several questions (5-7) that require a paragraph or so to answer properly. The next step was a phone interview with their hiring team where we reviewed the role and my background. I found that some of the question asked were very hard for a first interview, not your typical interview questions. See below for examples. After that, they have a timed take home assessment where they evaluate your skills. Mine was to create content for various marketing platforms (Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, Powerpoint, etc.) using a small set of provided images. They did not tell you what programs you were going to need to complete this and I had to download some programs which ate up a lot of allotted time. If you get to this phase, I would suggest asking which programs are required before taking the assessment.
