Das Dutchman Essenhaus interview questions

I applied online for a few positions and received a call 1-2 weeks later asking me for an interview at their location. I first interviewed with someone who I believe is in charge of HR or of Essenhaus in general. She asked me scenario questions ("Tell me about a time when...) and then questions about my experience in the bakery. After interviewing with her, she told me I would be interviewing with the bakery head. This woman also asked me a lot of scenario questions. When the interview was ending, she told me what I would be expected to wear, what position I was being considered for (it was breadmaking), and what hours I would be working (5 am-noon). I was told I would receive a call within the next few days about whether I got the position or not. I did receive a call, but it told me they were interviewing more people, and I should hear back by the end of the week. Instead, I received a call about 2 weeks later.
