Interview
The first round was a Group Discussion (GD), from which five candidates were shortlisted. The second round was with a Senior Sales Head. However, due to network issues on their side, the interview had to be conducted twice, which was quite frustrating. Throughout the process, there was no proper communication or timely response from the HR team regarding interview schedules and updates.
I was the only candidate who attended the final round with the founder. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The founder did not seem interested in assessing the candidate and instead repeatedly asked, "Do you have any questions?" The interview did not even last five minutes.
At the end, he mentioned that he would discuss the matter with my placement head, and eventually no candidate was selected. It is a startup company, but it appeared that they themselves were unclear about whom they wanted to hire and what they intended to evaluate during the interview process.
2 technical face to face rounds , 1st one asked questions from resume , and the second one related to frontend role ,
I qualified the first round and in the second round was unable to answer some advanced js questions.

It was ok. 3 founders. spoke to 2. they were trying to play good cop bad cop. They were trying to convince me to take a role i didnt apply for. Too many arguments. Professional opinions were attacked personally. Not the right place for me.
