Data I/O interview questions

I had two phone interviews. one with HR and other with head of engineering. They liked my experience and were invited to in-person interview in 2 weeks. I answered all their technical questions correctly and they told I did very well. Unfortunately for them they missed on a great talent. Some of interviewers were not competent and I felt that my skills are much superiors to theirs. This company has just one product and it is old technology. I found out they had many rounds of layoffs in the past and you just have to look at their stock value to know what I mean.
