Hello! First of all, we feel you 🫂😞 Truly. Since mid-2025, we have taken concrete steps to address exactly the points you raised. As a matter of fact, we implemented a dedicated interview platform to ensure assessments are properly tested, environments are stable, and interview time is spent on relevant problem-solving rather than setup or troubleshooting.
Also, our intention throughout the interview process is to overdeliver on candidate experience, but as you rightly point out, this does not always happen. And when it does not, it’s on us. We are sorry for the frustration caused. That’s not the experience we want candidates to walk away with.
