GHOSTED!!! Despite receiving rave feedback from everyone at Datadog, I was ghosted. The process consisted of Zoom calls with a couple people, a take home assignment, a couple more calls, then a panel interview. I don't recommend this company, they have 50% negative experiences with their interview process and its seems like ghosting is typical over there. Also I'm not sure the company is going to thrive, they are not profitable, have large amounts of debt, their valuations are unsustainable and its odd the insiders have sold so many shares if the company is really doing that well.
